The outreach / evangelism committee meets monthly. The committee is mostly a decision making, supervising body.  It is a clearing house for information about the many activities, the body that responds to requests, advertises needs and service opportunities, informs the congregation about present and future activities, and organizes special collections and Minutes for Mission.
