There are many ways to get involved in the life of South Frankfort Presbyterian Church. The links below will lead you to more information:
The Outreach Committee has many vibrant programs, with opportunities to serve in Frankfort, in other parts of the state, in other states, and in other countries. Would you like to build beds? Paint schools? Mend fences (literally and figuratively)? Serve meals? Help kids grow up to be active participants in their community? Help the sick, hungry, and needy? This committee is for you.
Does music stir your soul? We have an active choir which adds greatly to our worship service - and always welcomes more harmonious voices. We also have a wonderful bell choir. If you feel called to make a joyful noise, consider these options.
The Presbyterian Women
The women's organization is a means of providing all women of the church an opportunity for Christian growth through fellowship, study and service. All women in the South Frankfort congregation are invited to participate. Membership in the church is not a requirement.
Our Sunday School classes follow both traditional and non-traditional paths. Summer Vacation Bible School includes classes of kids and grown-ups, Both Sunday School and VBS offer ample opportunity to ask questions, explore possibilities, and learn.
Come for worship Sunday morning and stay for fellowship and lunch. We welcome you to our table and hope you'll stick around so we can get to know you. We also meet the first Wednesday of every month for church supper, and invite you to join us then.
